Sanjay is the Chief Information Officer for the company and responsible for business systems as well as building the property repository for the product system. Prior to joining Melior in mid 2013, Sanjay was the Chief Technology Officer of El Paso Corporation (EP), where he had oversight of approximately $90 million spend in technology projects and responsibility for defining the technology architecture for the company. Prior to El Paso, Sanjay spent 17 years with LyondellBasell industries (LYB) a $58 billion global chemical company, where he was the Chief Information Technology Architect and responsible for architecture, strategy and operations globally in various positions with the company. He was part of the company's growth from $2 Billion to $58 Billion and a Houston company to a global giant. Sanjay brings over 25 years of Chemical, Energy and Healthcare experience with global perspective and significant merger, acquisition and divestiture exposure.
Sanjay has B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, MBA from University of Cincinnati and JD from South Texas College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
