Isabelle Berry is the Human Resources Recruiter for the Marriott Global Reservation Sales and Customer Care Center in San Antonio, Texas. After 11 years as a small business owner, Isabelle joined the Marriott family where she held numerous positions before settling into her role as Recruiter. In her current function, Isabelle is responsible for the external recruitment and hiring of all hourly associates. In 2014 alone, she exceeded all expectations by onboarding 415 new associates.
Isabelle has been recognized for successfully integrating qualified associates with Special Needs into the workforce at the San Antonio Marriott office. She recently collaborated with her local DARS office and, along with several large companies in the San Antonio area, created a Talent Management Guide which focuses on the hiring and retention of individuals with disabilities. The Manuscript is set for publication on March 15th of this year.
Isabelle, who was born and raised in Belgium, now lives in San Antonio, Texas with her three children and two dogs.
