Davina Linguist, is the Diversity Recruiting Practice Lead (US) with Infosys Limited based in Plano, TX.  Infosys is a global leader in consulting, technology and outsourcing solutions. Infosys has 160,000+ employees globally and $8.2B in annual revenue.  Davina manages diversity recruiting partnerships and events for the US.  Her goal is to market, brand and drive diverse talent to hires and making Infosys the employer of choice.  Davina has successfully developed Infosys diversity recruiting plan from its infancy stage.  Her years of experience in recruiting has helped Infosys increase its diverse talent and awareness among various communities. With less than two years into the program Infosys has already seen a great return in their efforts. Also, adding Infosys name to the top 50 Employers selected by Historical Black Colleges and Universities Students and Graduates (HBCU Connect).

Davina has over fifteen (15) years of experience in recruiting and human resources.  Working with various industries, construction, engineering, hospitality & gaming, healthcare, mortgage, and technology. In the past, Davina has had great success in human resources, diversity recruiting and managing campus programs. She has been credited for hiring the first minority student(s) from the Department of Energy HBCU Internship Program with Bechtel SAIC and converting them to hires. Redeveloping campus programs that assisted in converting interns to hires and retaining campus talent. Davina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix and Advanced HR Certification from UNLV.
