Christina C. Gorczynski is an attorney and social impact strategist. She serves as Chief Executive Officer of First Person LLC, a strategic advisory firm specializing in smart leadership for socially responsible organizations.
For years, as a community influencer with law and business, Christina regularly received calls that started, “I had this idea and you were the first person I thought of,” “Something happened and you were the first person I called,” or “You are always the first person on my list in these situations.” Whether they were calling from a struggling nonprofit, a new private foundation, a venture capital firm or a governmental entity, these callers had one things in common: They were seeking leadership, advice and strategy during a critical moment and they trusted Christina above all others. When she started tracking the requests, Christina identified a market for a “First Person” for a broad spectrum of business, public and nonprofit leaders-- and soon thereafter, Christina founded First Person LLC.
Christina lives in Houston with her wife, Ali. She is committed to working with diverse clients and colleagues and has been recognized for excellence in management and public service. She has a BA in Women’s Studies from Beloit College and a JD/MBA from her hometown university, the University of Houston.
