Shannon Mosley

Shannon January Mosley began her career recruiting at Morris Information Systems, a boutique IT consulting firm in 1995. She joined United Surgical Partners International in 2003 and was responsible for acquiring top executive talent in the ambulatory surgery center industry. In 2005, Shannon won the USPI Home Office Resource award for outstanding customer service to the field.

Over the past 14 years, Shannon has expanded her role to include managing USPI’s market level talent acquisition strategy, the MBA/MHA emerging talent program, and assisting with the Executive Development program. She also trains managers on interviewing skills, management best practices, selecting the right talent, and employee coaching & development.
