Rhonda is responsible for the management of all human resources, labor relations, internal communications and training and development activities for Greyhound throughout North America. She has led the nation’s largest intercity bus company in this capacity since 2007.

With more than 25 years experience, Rhonda has guided companies, such as Overhead Door Corporation in Lewisville and Builders FirstSource in Dallas, with various HR functions, including union contract negotiations, employee development, compensation and benefits. She also has been instrumental in developing HR strategies and reorganizing functions to align with the company’s overall strategy.
