Melody Lenox is vice president of operations at Axxess, the fastest growing home healthcare technology company in North America. She is responsible for advancing global growth strategies, improving operational excellence and managing talent strategy, human resources (HR), facilities management, procurement and AxxessDDE, the company’s revenue cycle management solution.
Prior to Axxess, Melody worked in entrepreneurial, mid-sized, and national and multi-national Fortune 500 firms in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, distribution, state and municipal government and higher education, including Blockbuster, ConAgra Foods and Beverly Enterprises, now Golden Living.
Melody is a member of the Forbes HR Council, Leadership Dallas Alumni Association, Dallas Friday Group, Society of Human Resources Management, Dallas Human Resources, Junior League of Collin County, The First Tee of Dallas, and she is a charter member of the Jesse D. Hawkins Lion’s Club in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She has served on the Executive Roundtable for McKinney Chamber of Commerce, numerous committees for the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association and served on the boards of the North Collin County Habitat for Humanity, Sisterbration and the Women and Children First Shelter.
She has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Dallas Business Journal Minority Business Leader Award, Dallas Business Journal Women in Business Awards, LEAD (Leadership Excellence And Development) Top Corporate Leader Award and the National Women’s Council Top 15 Business Women of Dallas Award.
