Mario H. Nguyen is an associate attorney in the Dallas office of Locke Lord, LLP, where he focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, government investigations, and internal investigations. Mario is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the recipient of Harvard’s Stuntz Award for Compassion, Human Dignity, & Commitment to Justice. During law school, Mario practiced family, housing, public benefits, special immigrant juvenile, and wage and hour law for exclusively low-income clients for two years under Massachusetts S.J.C. Rule 3:03 as part of the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. He also co-founded Supero, Harvard Law’s first ever student group dedicated to low-income people and first-generation college graduates.
Prior to law school, Mario was a U.S. Fulbright Scholar, worked at Ashoka Social Entrepreneurs: Mexico and Central America, and attended business school at El Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico. Mario is a multi-national champion in speech and debate and one of Huffington Post’s 2016 40 Latinxs under 40 in Foreign Policy. Mario is also the first in his family to graduate high school.
