Liz is a partner with PwC’s transfer pricing practice based in the Houston office. She has seventeen years of experience in tax, transfer pricing, finance operations and reporting, and project management. She serves clients across various sectors including energy, industrial products, chemicals, and aerospace.

Immediately prior to joining PwC, Liz was the co-founding partner of Verse Consulting, a boutique international business advisory firm, and before that an investment banker with Houlihan Lokey.

She began her career in international tax and transfer pricing at Arthur Andersen, before serving the Episcopal Diocese of Texas as Financial Officer for three years.
