Lisa is the founder and principal consultant at Velocity Project Group (VPG), a human capital consulting firm. Prior to establishing VPG, she was part of the executive leadership team at DISA Global Solutions, where she led the Human Resources, Acquisition Integration, and Medical Review Office functions from 2015 to 2017. Prior to joining the DISA, she held various leadership roles at EP Energy, an independent Exploration and Production company, El Paso Corporation (now Kinder Morgan), and UHY Advisors (now BDO Advisors). She has a BA in Psychology from University of North Texas and a MS in Organizational Psychology and Strategy from BI – Norwegian School of Management.
Lisa believes the success of any project can be attributed to establishing a diverse project team. All team members should accept differences and acknowledge that all of our differences can lead to success.
