Laura Gilham was born and raised in Sudbury, Massachusetts. She received her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and upon graduation moved to Dallas where she later completed her MBA at SMU. During college she was a Front Desk Agent and completed several internships in the industry. She relocated to Dallas to join Bristol Hotels & Resorts where her career progressed from Catering Manager, Interim General Manager, Recruiting Manager and Diversity Manager. Currently she is a Vice President of People Strategy for ClubCorp. In this position she is responsible for Field Human Resources in the Country Club Division and Corporate Human Resources.
