Kristin Ruff is the VP of Human Resources for iFLY Indoor Skydiving, an entertainment company whose mission is to provide the dream of flight for everyone. As the HR executive for iFLY, Kristin leads all of the strategic Team Member initiatives for 73 wind tunnels located worldwide, including talent acquisition and development, Team Member engagement, diversity & inclusion, compensation, and community stewardship. Kristin has served in a number of board positions including President, Texas Women in Business (TWIB), and Events/Program Director for the Austin HR Management Association (AHRMA).
Kristin has spent over 20 years serving in senior leadership roles, most recently as the Senior Director of HR for Whole Foods Market. She has also held various leadership roles with Starbucks, Southwest Airlines, Blockbuster, and AT&T Wireless Services.
Kristin received her Masters of Business Administration from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas and has a Senior Professional designation in Human Resources (SPHR). Kristin is a member of the Society of HR Management (SHRM) and Austin HR Management Association (AHRMA).
In her spare time, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family on Lake Travis, traveling to music festivals across the U.S., and relaxing at home with her mini Goldendoodle, Jaxson Ruff.
