Kim has over 20 years of experience leading global teams responsible for Talent Management activities which include: Leadership & Employee Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement Survey/Strategy. She has worked closely with leadership teams in four Fortune 100 Companies to align organizational capabilities with the strategic direction, whether it is business transformation, turn-around, merger integrations or accelerated growth. Kim loves to travel and has delivered leadership training around the world.
Kim is a sought after presenter for industry conferences targeting Talent Development Professionals and has spoken at numerous conferences focused on Women in Leadership and Women in Technology. Her passion is helping young women reach their potential, whether it is coaching a college student on entering the workforce, mentoring emerging leaders, or helping moms to “be even better”.
Kim lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband John, a trained Cordon Bleu Chef, and they enjoy entertaining friends, wine tastings, travel, and listening to local bands. She is a proud member of the Aggie family as her son Taylor is a senior at Texas A&M.
