Kelli Cavasin is a graduate of Northern Michigan University and has worked in the retail industry for over 25 years. She began her career at Target proving herself as a successful leader in Store Operations before moving to Human Resources. Next she came to The Michaels Companies, Inc. where she is currently the Vice President, Human Resources. Clear in purpose and with a strong sense of urgency, Kelli’s work has allowed her to follow her passion to build inspired high performing teams, assess critical business issues and deliver strong results. Throughout her career, Kelli has worked to develop comprehensive strategies, lay the groundwork for excellent team engagement through strong leadership development, opened doors to innovation and positive change, and motivate cross-functional partners to adhere to best practices leading to strategic wins for the business, the culture and the people.
