Joyce Rehm Eisler is a Consultant in the Employee & Organization Development group at Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OXY). Joyce has spent 18 years in the oil and gas industry, and the last six years coaching, consulting, conducting leadership development workshops, and creating professional development courses for Oxy. Prior to Oxy, Joyce and her husband owned and operated Eisler Medical Systems, a surgical sales and service company. Joyce holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, and is a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business. She is passionate about creating a motivating work environment, and sharing her research regarding positive psychology and emotional intelligence. Joyce lives with her husband in Sugar Land, Texas.
