Based out of Austin, TX, Janet manages food, housekeeping, construction, and concierge service lines for Sodexo in Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. She has been with Sodexo for 28 years. As a regional vice president, her role is to foster client relationships and negotiate client contracts to increase new business opportunities. She provides strategic direction by promoting best practices and results oriented site visits to meet operating standards compliance. Customer satisfaction is a priority and sustainability is a component that today’s clients are requesting. Janet has been a formal and informal mentor for many managers encouraging diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She is a member of I-gen Network Group, National Federation for Latino Healthcare Executives and SEED (Sustainability Engagement and Expert Development).
Janet graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Food and Nutrition. She is a Registered, Licensed dietitian and serves as chairperson for Texas Department of Licensure and Regulation’s Dietitians Advisory Board.
