Ivette Mayo is the President and Chief Creative Officer of Yo Soy I Am, LLC, an award winning entrepreneur, speaker, leadership expert, certified coach and trainer, known for her commitment for creating POWERFUL and IMPACTFUL results for her clients. She has a personal passion for helping aspiring entrepreneurs. Ivette spent most of her 25 year career working in business development, sales, marketing and training. Ivette has worked with both domestic and international organizations and several Fortune 500 companies in developing performance and leadership training programs. She is a devoted advocate of resolving cultural issues in business, changing mindsets, celebrating diversity, and the empowering women.
Ivette has received a variety of recognitions and acknowledgements over the years. In 2012, Ivette was appointed by the U.S. State Department - Public Diplomat Programs, providing her the opportunity to influence the economic success of women on all over the world in areas of leadership and entrepreneurship. She is also a certified as a John Maxwell trainer and coach.
In 2016, she established an on-line platform POWER on Heels Network, to encourage the professional and leadership development of our members and to highlight the POWER each woman possesses. The POWER On Heels Network supports its members through heartfelt daily posts, networking events and our annual conference.
In March 2017, Ivette released her first book, “A 30 Day Guide To Your POWER – Powerful Outcomes Through Power Words. Inviting readers to eliminate limited beliefs and inherited ideas that are derailing their ability to succeed and achieve their purpose. It is currently available on Amazon, AmazonKindle, Barnes&Noble.com and various online retailers.
