Erik Weiting Hsu is Vice President & Assistant General Counsel of Wintrust Commercial Finance, a division of Wintrust Asset Finance Inc., which is a subsidiary of Wintrust Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: WTFC). WCF provides sophisticated loan and lease products across various industries, including construction, manufacturing, medical, energy, technology, and transportation (trucks, rail, marine, aviation). Prior to joining Wintrust, Erik practiced business restructuring and bankruptcy law at Winstead, and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Leif M. Clark, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Texas. He was selected for inclusion in Texas Rising Stars multiple times and in the inaugural Lawyers of Color Hot List. Erik received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, and his B.A. in economics and B.S. in mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin.
