Cristina (Cris) Lopez is director of inclusion and diversity, supplier diversity, and corporate social responsibility at JCPenney. She is responsible for ensuring a diverse and inclusive work environment, where leaders and associates are equipped to help team members and customers feel respected and appreciated. Lopez also oversees diversity supplier and corporate social responsibility initiatives for the Company.
Prior to joining JCPenney in 2015, Lopez served as the director of operations for Accenture's North America inclusion and diversity team. Throughout her tenure at Accenture, she held roles of increased responsibility including the North America diversity recruiting, search channel, inclusion and diversity and talent development leads.
Lopez holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the Bush School of Government & Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Texas A&M University.
