Brie O’Hara is the Manager of Recruiting and Diversity & Inclusion at Pioneer Natural Resources, and has worked in Recruiting for over 10 years, gaining extensive experience leading teams in the healthcare and energy industries. Brie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of North Texas where she played NCAA Division I volleyball for four years. She is a Certified Professional in Diversity through the National Diversity Council as well as certified in Prosci Change Management. Most recently, she successfully launched three Employee Resource Groups at Pioneer Natural Resources. Brie currently resides in Plano, Texas with her husband and two children.
