Located in Houston, Texas, USA, Wayne is currently Schlumberger HR Integration Manager. This position is responsible for all HR Integration of the Cameron Group into Schlumberger. Wayne manages HR Integration for HR work streams including, compensation, benefits, HR information systems, global mobility, HR compliance, talent management, talent acquisition, and corporate learning management. Prior to this he was Cameron Vice President of Human Resources for Global Talent Management and Information Systems.
With nearly 30 years of extensive oil field experience, Wayne’s portfolio includes a comprehensive list of assignments including Offshore Field Engineer, Sales Engineer, District Manager, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager, HR Recruiting Manager as well as HR Processes and Systems manager globally; stationed domestically and internationally in locations including the United States, Canada, India, Japan, Nigeria and France during his 28+ year career with Schlumberger.
Additional industry affiliations include active membership in Society of Petroleum Engineers, National Association of Colleges and Employers, Society of Human Resource Managers and the Client Advisory Board for EPI-USE.
