Tauseef Salma, PhD
Vice President of Enterprise Technology
Baker Hughes
Dr. Tauseef Salma is the Vice President of Enterprise Technology for Baker Hughes. Tauseef has over 19 years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams across 20+ countries in upstream sector of oilfield. She has 20 technical publications and industry presentations and 4 US patents. Tauseef holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Rice University. She is a member of Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). She is on the Advisory Board of Rice U for Professional Science Masters and Energy Advisory Board Univ. of Houston. She has also served for over five years in leadership roles in two non-profit organizations, dedicated to education of children and professional mentoring and development.
