Matthew Dickens works as a Deafness Resource Specialist for the Office of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services to support the Houston region. His educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration for Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. As a Deaf person, he has many years of consulting experience in how to integrate an inclusive environment for effective communication. As a Resource Specialist, Matt’s goal is for continued improvements in equal communication access to everyone’s benefit.
