Caroline Atherton is Vice President, Talent Management for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In this role, Caroline has worldwide responsibility for Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s strategic talent management activities including skills management, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent review, succession planning and career development.
Caroline, a 20-year Hewlett Packard veteran, is a results-focused senior Human Resource executive with significant expertise in leading large, progressive regional and global HR organizations. She is an accomplished leader specializing in driving high-performing HR teams, business transformation, workforce optimization, operational excellence, employee relations, talent acquisition, total rewards, mergers and acquisitions, HRIS, HR strategy & planning, design and implementation.
Caroline studied Biochemistry at the University of New York, is an advisor to the Center for Human Resource Management Program at Texas A&M University, and is an active member of the Americas Women’s Leadership Council. Caroline has an ongoing commitment to giving back to the communities where she works and lives.
