Kelli Scott
Chief Diversity Officer
Children's Health System of Texas in Dallas

Since February 2016, Kelli J. Scott, holds the first ever position of Chief Diversity Officer at Children's Health System of Texas in Dallas. Prior to this appointment, Kelli was the CDO for Mount Carmel Health System (Trinity Health) in Columbus, Ohio for two years. Kelli is responsible for fostering inclusive and progressive practices for talent, patient care, and community engagement. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Malone University; and a Master of Science degree from Franklin University. Kelli earned a Certificate in Diversity Management in Healthcare from the Institute for Diversity in Health Management. Kelli has also served as an adjunct instructor for Aultman College of Nursing and Stark State College.

Her 25+ career includes diversity management, operations & finance, training & development, communications, education and social services with organizations such as Aultman Health Foundation, Community Wellness Center of Stark County, Dale Carnegie Training, U.S. Bank and Beneficial Finance.

Kelli is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, and currently serves on the National Board for WELD (Women for Economic & Leadership Development). Prior board and organization commitments include Habitat for Humanity of Greater Stark & Carroll Counties, Stark County Human Resource Association, Rotary Club of Canton, Pro Football Hall of Fame Festivities, Canton City Fair Housing Commission and the Canton Joint Recreation Board.
