Joyce Eisler

Occidental Petroleum
Joyce Rehm Eisler is a Consultant in the Employee & Organization Development department at Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OXY). Joyce has spent 16 years in the oil and gas industry. For the last five years, Joyce has focused on training, consulting, coaching, and developing courses that influence others to self-reflect, learn, grow, and lead. Prior to Oxy, Joyce and her husband owned and operated Eisler Medical Systems, a surgical sales and service company. Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, and is a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business. Joyce and her husband live in Sugar Land, Texas.
