2010 GLBT Summit Welcome

Welcome to the Third Annual Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Summit.  Whether you or your organization are experienced in meeting the needs of your GLBT employees or customers, or taking your first steps into tapping the GLBT work-force and market, our Summit is the perfect opportunity for you to join in on the discussion.  Estimates show that the buying power of the GLBT community will exceed $835 billion in 2011, with a population of 16.3 million- definitely something to talk about!

We'll begin the day by exploring the fundamentals that every business
person should know about the GLBT workforce and customer base, move
to an in-depth view of the Texas and national legal environment, and cap our discussion with the opportunities many of our companies have with the day-to-day management of gender identify, expression, and the next generation
of employees.  Through it all, we'll have ample time for open conversation around GLBT issues in a safe, nonjudgmental environment.
