The Texas Diversity & Leadership Conference Job Fair will be one of the largest diversity professional job fairs in our region. As you well know the changing demographics of both the marketplace and the workforce makes such a job fair essential in order to facilitate the recruitment of minorities. The Texas Diversity & Leadership Conference Job Fair offers your company the opportunity to meet with qualified candidates face-to-face in order to discuss current or anticipated openings within your organization. The Fair will be a great opportunity to recruit the top candidates from not only the state of Texas, but faculty recommended students and experienced professionals from around the country. We are anticipating over 800 diverse, professional candidates seeking internships, entry level opportunities, and experienced positions. The Fair will be promoted and marketed in many ways to reach a large and varied audience. To target internship and entry-level candidates, we are partnering with several Universities. Raffles - $10,000 worth of goods and travel packages will be raffled off during the expo.
Booth Specifications
Each booth includes:
- Draped 8’ X 10’ space
- Draped 6 ft. table
- 2 chairs
- Sign with company name
- 2 exhibit hall passes
Jon Fair Hall space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Booth assignments will not be made until exhibitor is paid in full.
